Joey Cummings the most unprofessional lender I have spoken with gives a preapproval, won’t explain what’s going on because she does not have the proper documentation or even submitted them talks to you as if you are dumb told me I’m 50 years old. I’ve been doing this for a while you need to relax and let me do my job and not ask so many questions the worst.
Got our approval for an equity loan through Clay Brown. Great experience. He was a pleasure to work with. Very personable. Great communication through the whole process. He got right on things even worked with us on the phone after hours to keep things progressing. Locked in on some unbeatable rates.
