All the members of Team Stancato with whom we worked were helpful, friendly, and efficient. The urgency of our mortgage application---a situation that arose due to failures on the part of our original mortgage provider, USAA---was taken seriously, and dealt with in a calming and reassuring manner. I would recommend Team Stancato to anybody in this region who is looking for an experienced, helpful, highly competant mortagage provider.

The loan officers were great in getting everything together. The issue I faced was afterwards I was being billed for wind insurance at a high premium and was informed 3-4 months later. No phone calls, no emails, just one letter saying it was my second notice I received 5 weeks after the date listed on the paper. Recommend the loan officers but not the business practices.
