Communication was very disappointing. Messages and emails were not returned in a timely manner, which made the process frustrating. There was also a noticeable lack of professionalism in the email threads. Clear communication and transparency throughout the process were missing, which made it difficult to understand what was happening or what to expect. Overall, the experience could have been much better with more timely responses and a more professional approach to communication.
