I’m giving this 4 stars out of fairness, though my personal experience probably warrants less. I closed on my VA loan in September 2024 as a 100% P&T disabled veteran, and unfortunately, the process with Guild Mortgage was frustrating and disorganized. I was charged fees I believe should’ve been waived under my VA eligibility, and when I asked for clarification, the explanations were vague at best.
