There is one word that comes to mind when dealing with Tara at Guild — AMAZING!!! I have worked with three other lenders before her, and she did something the other lenders didn’t do: she actually took the time to do her homework and understand my difficult situation. Absolutely 5 stars for Guild Mortgage Company! I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received—especially from Brandon. If you’re starting the loan process, seek Brandon out! His customer service is through the roof. He went above and beyond at every step, even lending me his computer charger during a critical moment to ensure the process stayed on track. That kind of dedication and personal touch is rare. Great customer service, great organization—Guild Mortgage is the real deal!

If I could give negative reviews I most certainly would. This is not against this office in particular per say but the company in general. All of you who bought a home through this company better hope you don’t fall on hard times because I’m here to tell you with up close experience regarding a family member of mine they don’t care two licks. We had the pleasure of working with Tara on our recent home purchase. I feel she went above and beyond to help guide us through the whole process. She would always email or text to schedule a call time that worked best for us to go over any questions we needed answered. Tara made this process so simple and easy. She even went on vacation for a week, but still called and emailed to keep us updated.
