These people will lie to you and say whatever they need to, to get your business. I regret wholeheartedly doing business with them and they made my home buying experience extremely difficult.

Please be aware that this company changes your mortgage payments frequently…even a fixed rate, and they reject your payments if they are not exactly what the payment is and charge you a late fee. Then they start calling you like crazy. They are not pleasant to deal with most of the time. I’m wondering legally how they can reject payments….something to look into I guess. Anyway I do NOT recommend using this company.

Mark and his team were an absolute joy to work with! His years of experience are evident in his style and level of communication. Mark made himself available by phone more than I would expect from a lender. Mark and his team obviously worked very hard, sometimes after hours to keep our process on track during these crazy times.
