There aren't many lenders who lend on older manufactured homes. Chad, Stephanie, the loan processor & their team were always responsive in a timely manner & worked through any issues. Chad was straightforward rather than making empty promises. I have been in the mortgage business so I know how a good team should operate. I would highly recommend Chad & Guild Mortgage!
