We worked with Caroline at Guild who was unbelievable with helping us. We looked for 2+ years for a home and Caroline stuck with us the whole time. She was extremely responsive (even responding on her off days) and went above and beyond to help us. We didn't really have a sense of what payments would look like for the different houses we looked at and she would run the numbers for us to give us a sense of what we could afford.
