Carl was so communicative, and so happy and eager to answer any questions we have, and then take the time to explain further and provide additional insight so we understood everything. He was supportive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He really made it a smooth experience. Another thing to note, is that he was always available to us, even if we called him out of the blue, he would either answer right then and there, or get back to us promptly.
