Burgandy was super helpful, kind, and had a great sense of humor. She really has A+ customer service and I felt like she was more of a friend than agent, and in a time of my life of fear and excitement she was the perfect mixture to help me through this.
Burgandy Casias is outstanding as a loan officer. She was always available, she provided great information, she was very supportive and timely, and she was always kind, pleasant and understanding. She helped ease the anxiety of owning a home, and she worked very hard to get the best loan terms possible. WE LOVE HER!!!
