It was a pleasure working with Bryan Roberts. He was patient, understanding and a great communicator. He took the time to help me learn and understand the process, which I really appreciated.
Bryan was more than willing to work with my schedule to have meetings and discussions. There were even a few times were I was hanging up on him and then calling him back 30 seconds later due to what I do for work. Was very understanding and answered all of my questions as they came up. My father made it sound like working with the mortgage company was going to be difficult, but Bryan made it very easy.
