Ive never worked with another lendor before this so i dont have much to compare them to. But what i do know is Brian and his team at Guild fought for us and worked with us to satisfy all of our expectations and needs. Buying a house is stressful no matter who you work with but with Guild they made the process easy and as smooth as it could be. Would definitely recommend to family or friends. 👍

Brian and his team are extremely knowledgeable. They knew all the programs that could help save money and did what was needed to secure a program for me. It saved me $10,000 on my down payment, which I was beyond grateful for. Any time I had a question, they got back to me right away. They were there for me every step of the way and still are after the fact, if I have questions. I would highly reccommend them.
