She helped guide me through a down payment assistance program and I felt more confident and comfortable with her than the other loan officers I went to with different companies when shopping around. 10/10 would recommend her

We had such an amazing experience with Bianca. We had some issues in the past with other inexperience lone officers that caused a sale to fall through. Bianca was warm and so incredibly knowledgeable. I personally ask a lot of questions and need to have an understanding of each step and I didn't even need to ask Bianca she just explained everything. I'm always looking for good referral partners and Bianca was just that. It was my first time having a buyer that was qualified for down-payment assistance, and Bianca was very helpful in helping both me and the buyer better understand what we needed to keep an eye out for.
