Beth was very attentive, she called me (listing agent) the minute we had a contract to make sure her client took priority during our bidding process, and that honestly won her client the property in what was a multiple bid situation; and what a breath of fresh air to have a traditional in person closing for which she made the drive up to Philly from Virginia.
