My daughter always had a positive experience in her classroom, and that is ultimately the only thing that matters. My girl was always happy at pick up and drop off. Grateful for that at the moment in time we were there. Again, the most important thing. On the organizational & leadership front, there was a lot to be desired, which felt a bit unacceptable especially in retrospect and at the price point. Our little guy started in the Nido classroom in February when he was just a few weeks old, and he's now a thriving 6-month-old! We couldn't be happier with our experience so far. The guides are incredibly caring and attentive, and they truly create a warm and nurturing environment for the babies.
