The administrator here called for locksmith service… we gave her a price, and an eta, and arrived within the 30 min eta. When we got there, another locksmith was already on site. Apparently the administrators here think it’s perfectly fine to call around and just see whoever gets to them first. The tall black woman on site was rude, cold, and uncaring. She told our technician to leave… showing zero regard for the time and resources she had just wasted for our company. I bet this rude, uncaring attitude is transmitted to the ... read more
