I rarely write reviews, but parents deserve to be warned about Guidepost Montessori. My experience with this daycare has been overwhelmingly negative. It is shockingly unprofessional, irresponsible, and petty, and nowhere near what they claim to represent. First of all, the facility itself is dirty and poorly maintained—not at all the clean, nurturing environment you would expect for young children. Mixed Feelings — Grateful for the Teacher, Disappointed in the Director One of my son’s teachers kindly reached out to explain what happened to his artwork, and I truly appreciated her taking the time to do that. My son got chiggers twice in two weeks due to a known infestation on the playground—and they still sent kids outside. I had provided labeled bug spray and sunscreen for my son, only to find out (when I chose to withdraw him) that it was never used and had “gone missing.” On splash pad day, my son’s clearly labeled towel was sent home with another child and never returned. Disappointed with our experience at Guidepost Montessori Mansfield. Communication was poor, staff turnover was high, and the environment lacked the structure and consistency expected from a true Montessori school. For the cost, the quality just didn’t measure up. Would not recommend.

As a former parent, I firmly believe that the quality of this Montessori private daycare/school is inferior to others. The administration's values are not just weak but insincere and unconvincing. A lack of employee support creates chaos, leading to high staff turnover and overwhelmed educators. This environment is unacceptable for fostering the growth and development of young children in their early childhood development of young children in their early childhood stages.
