Our daughter attended Guidepost Montessori at Leawood for over 2 years and by the end of her time there, the constant staff turnover and inconsistent messaging from school and corporate leadership left us and our daughter struggling there. It seemed like the school and corporate higher-ups were more interested in presenting a positive face than actually working with children. We wish we had found Guidepost sooner! They have been amazing. Our child has grown to be more confident while in their care. The staff has been super helpful, communicative, and supportive. The Montessori vision has been just what our child needed to come into his own.
Our experience at Guidepost has been great. The teachers are very invested in our child, and he's been learning faster than ever in their care.
Guidepost has transformed our son! We started at an in-home daycare where he was bored and constantly getting in trouble, he’d spend all day in a high chair facing away from everyone. Prior to his 3rd birthday we found Guidepost and decided to give it a try.
