I toured this location in January 2025 and the head of school was amazing. Kudos for the recommendation to have my child practicing cursive! When I returned in May to enroll my child for the summer program leading into the next school year, it was a different experience. I was told the head of school was promoted and was placed in the hands of the new assistant head of school who was also recently promoted. I communicated with Ms A since May 10. Our daughter has been attending Guidepost Montessori Katy since she was 18 months old, and we’ve been extremely happy with her experience. She absolutely loves her teacher, and we’ve seen so much growth in her since she started. The school offers a well-structured Montessori program that really supports each child’s development at their own pace. The environment is nurturing, and the staff is attentive and professional. Highly recommend!

Guidepost Katy has been the best decision for our family! We chose Guidepost after touring 15 other schools in the area because they were the only school providing an authentic Montessori curriculum in the Nido (infant) program. We enrolled my son when he was 5 months old and he is now almost 5 and in the Spanish Immersion program. Wonderful experience and wonderful school for my son. The staff is very accommodating to first-time parents (my personal experience) and are super helpful guiding you every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine a better school for my child to be attending!
