It is regrettable that I must write this review. This review (as of 9/20/2024) will either serve as a data point for change, or a eulogy of what Guidepost once was. Following constant management turnover in late 2023-2024, there has been a noticeable decline in both the basic upkeep of the daycare and staff morale. We absolutely love Miss Monica for our son in Kindergarten. We were both happy for her promotion to move on to Head of School at the South Riding campus in January and also sad to lose her. She worked so closely with us and had amazing insight about our son. However, after speaking with Miss Ananya, we were very pleased with her report on him and the way that she and Ms. Flor are guiding him as a person and in academics. My son and I moved back to the area a year ago and Guidepost Chantilly was so kind and welcoming to us. They are so sweet, understanding, and reasonable. I am so pleased with the staff here and will proudly shout that my son and I are a part of the Guidepost family. Thank you for all that you guys do! We love you guys.
Unprofessional and liars
There are hardly words to describe how happy we are with our choice to enroll our son in Guidepost Montessori of Chantilly's Toddler Program. From the moment we first toured, through today, the Guidepost team has been warmly welcoming, supportive, and encouraging of our son and development.
