I’ve been seeing Erin for almost a year now and I’d recommend her to anyone. From the very first visit I felt comfortable and each visit since she’s met where I am. She is extremely knowledgeable and good at what she does. She has a way of challenging unhealthy or negative thoughts while also being empathetic. I searched all over to find a professional offering EMDR therapy. I finally found this place. Sent an email back, they set up the appt mentioned on the email with me confirming the time and date of this appt. I took off PTO to emotionally prepare to have a good session and when I arrived the receptionist said who is the name Of the person you had an appt with . I was never given a name but I have the email string from this appt. They even asked for a copy of my insurance card and I sent it and again confirmed the date. Edit:... read more

I highly recommend Diana Cruz. I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with her over the last year. I was not in a great place mentally, and she has helped me work through things in a very empowering way.
