I had to change my previous stellar review after recent developments. I'm one of several families in northeastern AZ who was represented by Guidant. They won our case for us with Apache County but stopped short of seeing it through to the end. Therefore, after thousands of dollars were paid to Guidant, we have a successful win with absolutely nothing to show for it. Gary and Caitlin are such a pleasure to work with. Our community hired Gary to enforce our deed restrictions in the White Mountain area.
