What else can I say? Nels is incredible. Bottom line is he saves us money and pays for himself, simplifies complexity to patiently explain our options, and always works with integrity. Nels is GREAT at his job and a pleasure to work with. I met Nels at an informational class where he WOWed me with his knowledge and warm personality.
