This company was used for my real estate transaction, the actual closing went off without a hitch, but after the fact has been less than satisfactory. I have contacted them several times about a transaction that was to happen. After 3 months the transaction has not been completed. I have asked for my money and I will take care of the transaction, I have not received any favorable communication.
Guest and Brady handled the title work and closing on my home. Specifically Melissa G and Savannah. Michelle who always very cheerfully and helpfully answered the phone is just amazing. I read everything and have so many questions always. Never once did I I feel like my inquiries were anything but warmly welcomed and expected. This certainly has not been my experience with attorneys in the past. Their wonderful, intelligent, professional, Godly ethic shines through the entire building.
