We just finished the process of selling our house and used Guest and Brady at the request of the buyer. We got our final letter from them about a week before closing, stating that we would be receiving money back at closing. We get to the closing table, both parties sign all paperwork, we get the money wired to our account, and then the next day they call and say they made a mistake, and not only do we owe the entire amount back that was wired to us, but we also owe an additional $3,200.
