Title Search fees are to high. Regardless of if you see them or not (“It’s in the fine print” is what I was told after they charged me). Also when you try to contact them nobody is available. They were nice enough to overnight the refund but other than that pick another attorney that won’t charge you $60 in processing fees and $300 for a title search if your JUST INTERESTED in buying a house. $360 for processing a payment is ridiculous.
