I like the bikes, mainly because the frames are made in America, but the customer service is lacking. Ive referred 6 different friends to get your bikes and bought 3 of them myself. The first Gnarvana I bought was for my brother and it came out ready to ride and worked great. The second gnarvana I bought was or me, it came out partially assembled and I had to take it to the bike shop to get it ride able. I had numerous issues with the shifting working and I reached out to GG numerous times with no response until I started le... read more
