I visited the spa during my stay and while my massage itself was a 10/10, the overall spa experience fell short of what I expect from a luxury spa—especially one associated with the Guerlain name. The spa desk staff appeared unprepared and disorganized. Upon arrival, they were scrambling to find the lockers that were equipped with robes, not only for me but for other guests as well. I received a 60 minute Imperial Relaxing Massage back in October, and it was absolutely wonderful. I've never had an experience like that before. It was incredibly relaxing, and I was treated very well. I loved the sauna and mist shower beforehand (there's also a steam room, but that's not my kind of thing), and the quiet room to use before and after was lovely. Overall, I would definitely treat myself to a treatment here again in the future.
My best friend and I had a wonderful time at Raffles’ Guerlain spa. We had 60 minute couples massages- they were amazing; the treatment room was gorgeous and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The facility is beautiful, clean, and exactly what one would expect from a full-service spa of this caliber. We look forward to returning!
Had a lovely experience at the Raffles Spa. Allison gave me a terrific Imperial Relaxing Massage and my fiancé loved her massage from Lila as well. So relaxing and luxurious. Will definitely return!
