I have never visited this spa or boston but yet I have a fraudulent charge of $1340.92!!! No one answers the phone so I am stuck disputing this with my bank!
I had a wonderful experience at Guerlain Spa, and Allison was fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire treatment feel relaxing and personalized. The spa itself is beautiful, and the level of service was exceptional.
I visited the spa during my stay and while my massage itself was a 10/10, the overall spa experience fell short of what I expect from a luxury spa—especially one associated with the Guerlain name. The spa desk staff appeared unprepared and disorganized. Upon arrival, they were scrambling to find the lockers that were equipped with robes, not only for me but for other guests as well. I received a 60 minute Imperial Relaxing Massage back in October, and it was absolutely wonderful. I've never had an experience like that before. It was incredibly relaxing, and I was treated very well. I loved the sauna and mist shower beforehand (there's also a steam room, but that's not my kind of thing), and the quiet room to use before and after was lovely. Overall, I would definitely treat myself to a treatment here again in the future.
