Guerlain is absolutely the most pathetic customer service company I have ever encountered. Their team is high-handed, supercilious and very likely racist. We purchased two products online and had them engraved for a personal milestone- realized that one product had been tampered with and the level was lower than a full bottle. Their customer service had the temerity to say that they don't typically accept refunds on engraved products (but might issue a refund after inspecting the product should we return it!).
