Customer service was great to work with and the repair guy quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs to get me back up and running. Very happy with the overall experience. Just had the service done on our Generac. Their tech, Steven F, showed up as scheduled and did a fine job explaining the issues regarding my unit. Charges were as promised. When I called up to schedule, the person on the phone was well versed on the unit and was able to help me reset it. Company was very good in keeping us informed as to his arrival. Certainly would recommend this company.
