The technicians were very professional and customer oriented. As soon as they got to our house all feet were on the ground. They even kept our power on until they had to turn it off. Each technician was doing different parts of the job to get the job to completion. They even brought some propane to make sure everything was working and ready to go. Excellent Service and Great Price. I called Guerin after last years disappointment with the company that installed it. It turns out that I had a service contract with a local company which means they come and look at the generator and since the contract was already paid for they spent about 5 minutes. For example they never changed the oil or the air cleaner. (Apparently they don't follow the guidelines set by Generac.) When my 25 year old generator died in January 2025 and of course during an extreme cold spell, Guerin fairly priced a 26kw generator plus install. Peter and his crew efficiently and quickly installed the new generator as well as wired from the generator to the transfer switch.
