Guerin Generator Services recently scheduled and performed annual service on my Generac generator. It had been a few years since I had this emergency device serviced. Steven walked me through all the elements he was inspecting and shared details of the checklist. Upon completion of inspection and required maintenance, he had me participate in the operational retest to validate timeliness of response compared to response prior to the service. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience with Guerin Generator Services.
Fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Sales person was not pushy and spent a significant amount of time listening to what I wanted/needed and explaining how the generators function before moving onto size, price, etc. They also sent multiple options so I could find the one that best fit my budget/needs. Installing was fast and easy. They even helped with a bush I had in the way and submitted paperwork to National Grid to start the process to make sure I have the right meter.
