We had our Generac generator for general maintenance and service. The service was excellent leaving behind a detailed report of what the technician did!! Reasonable price!!

These guys do an awesome job with making everything very simple. They send a text with options for the appointment time and you don’t need to be present for the appointment so it hardly matters. When the technician is there, if there’s a problem, they give you a call. For example, this time the battery needed to be replaced, the technician gave me a call and I asked if he had one on the truck, he said of course it was $145.including installation I said go for it and it was done. I am so pleased with Guerin. I had to have an emergency installation because we were (supposed to) be taking a family member home on a ventilator and they were scheduling months out but got me in asap with a cancellation, and the installation, maintenance and service has been seamless and zero stress. It works exactly as it should and has been a huge relief as we have had repeated floods when losing power due to sump pump failure (even backups).
