Guerard’s has exceptional staff working for them. Helen assisted us through our purchase and Trevor’s customer service was above and beyond. Any questions were answered promptly, their knowledge of the furniture, construction and quality was informative. Delivery was timely and Bob was excellent and knowledgeable about the pieces he installed. We recently bought a bedroom suite at Guerard's. Dylan helped us and was excellent, ordering a few pieces that were out of stock and updating us on the delivery status . The delivery was quick and professional! Overall we are super happy with the quality of the furniture and customer service. We will definetly be shopping here again for our future furniture needs!
