I arrived at the door of Gucci Children's Clothing Store at 3:50 pm on January 1st. There was no employee. I went to the door of the Gucci store opposite to ask the security guard whether the Gucci Children's Clothing Store was open. The security guard said that the Gucci Children's Clothing Store was open until 6 pm today. Maybe they left to eat. When I went back to check at 5 pm, the door was still closed. You are deceiving consumers.
아이신발을 여러개 샀는데 호텔에 와서 보니 신발 한쪽이 없네요. 제가 물품 살때 구찌에 가입되어 있던 정보로 등록하고 구입을 하였는데 신발이 빠졌으면 연락을 줘야지 매장에서는 신발 한쪽이 남을텐데 연락이 없어서 너무 당황스럽다 물건 구입할때 꼭 확인하고 사세요 뭐 이런 경우가 다있는지 너무 저급한 실수라서 할말이 없네요 최악임

Was trying to exchange a gift because of the size being wrong. But Susan kept giving side comments without asking what was really going on which made the experience very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this store.
I was so happy that I stepped into this store. I was shopping with my adult daughter and saw the huge line outside of the Gucci store. It was pretty cold outside and I looked across the way and saw Gucci kids, I thought hey they might have some thing for adults in there and there’s no line. So I walked over and was very happy to see Some really cute Gucci bags fanny packs and backpacks several varieties and styles.
