Extreme Disappointment: Poor Quality and Even Worse Service If I could give Gucci a 0-star rating, I would. I am appalled that a luxury house expects me to pay for a third rubber strap when the issue is clearly the inferior quality of the materials they use. I purchased this watch several years ago and first replaced the strap in 2019 after it broke unexpectedly. Since that replacement, I have only worn the watch three times. I visited the Gucci CBD store today and was assisted by Missy Huang. She was very supportive, friendly, and made the experience comfortable without putting any pressure on me to buy additional items. Compared to my experience at LV, I enjoyed the Gucci store much more , it felt warmer, friendlier, and more comfortable overall.
Sad to say, they were out of everything we liked today
