Hi I purchased a bag from Gucci store Bondi and no need to tell about the price because most of you have an idea about their bag prices. Purchased a pair of trainers that discoloured and the leather peeled after 8mths. The manager informed me there’s nothing they can do and that I just had to accept that could happen. Extremely disappointed with this service from a brand that prides itself on customer service. Do not recommend you purchase from this store as they will not resolve issues for you post purchase
