Absolutely amazing store. Mum and I always go to this store. And refuse the other designer brands since the staff are rude depending on who you get but I have never had any issues at gucci. The staff are amazing and lovely. And can't help but buy products from them. Definitely deserve more recognition. Will be coming back so much more.
I bought a Gucci Marmont bag just over five years ago from the Gucci store in Bondi. In that time period I wore the bag on a handful of occasiond and kept the bag in its dustbag in my wardrobe at home. I went to wear the bag the other night and upon touching the strap, my hands became covered in a sticky glue residue that seeped from the handbag’s strap. Walked in to the Gucci store today, and we were immediately greeted by Eason. From there on, we were in good hands. He took time to show my wife all products she asked for. He was very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and professional. Much better experience than any Gucci store I’ve been to back home. Would definitely recommend Eason 100%!
