Staffs are nice, but the manager's attitude was rude and impatient. I wanted to get my broken strap replaced and I would like to pay, but was told I needed a receipt. I understand that returns require receipts, but being told I need a receipt to pay for a new strap is definitely shirking responsibility. Because the strap was already damaged and I couldn't carry it, I asked for a paper bag.
