I’m extremely disappointed with the after-sales service at the Gucci counter, David Jones Bourke Street. I purchased a pair of Gucci ballerinas on 18 October. They were kept unworn and stored properly in the dust bag. When I opened them on 6 December, both shoes had leather cracking/tearing at the corners, despite never being worn. Terrible after-sales experience with Lele Hou and Anna Jiang I’m writing this as the friend who accompanied the customer to the Gucci counter at David Jones Bourke Street when she tried to resolve a quality issue with her ballerinas. She purchased the shoes on 18/10 and had not worn them. I’m writing this as someone who is extremely dissatisfied and deeply disappointed with the way my friend was treated at the Gucci counter in David Jones (Bourke Street). The experience was so unprofessional that it honestly made us question how this brand can call itself “luxury.” My friend bought a pair of Gucci ballerinas on 18/10.
