I had a wonderful experience at Gucci, and I’d especially like to thank Ann Ooi for her amazing service. She was professional, friendly, patient, and very attentive. It was a really hot day, and she kindly asked if I would like some cold water, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel very welcome and looked after.
