Always a pleasure
Do not recommend you visit this Gucci store. Misleading information from the consultants and so pushy. Does not seem like they’re there cause they love it and cause they genuinely want to help the customers. Horrible experience second time I visited which has now ruined my first experience.
The security guard with the glasses was incredibly sweet, very handsome, and always smiling as he welcomed customers 😊. I loved how attentively he held the bags and escorted a lady to her car. It was such a kind and professional gesture, and he truly stood out during our visit to the Gucci Collins Street store on 10th December 2025.
Great customer service
I wasn’t attended to promptly, and it felt like I was judged based on how I was dressed. The consultant’s behavior only changed after realizing I intended to make a purchase. Customer service should never be based on appearances.
