I wasn’t attended to promptly, and it felt like I was judged based on how I was dressed. The consultant’s behavior only changed after realizing I intended to make a purchase. Customer service should never be based on appearances.
Was given a Gucci bag for a special birthday & after 2 years the leather wore away along the binding. Took it back to Gucci & was told it was normal wear & tear & would cost $500 to repair despite having taken it to an independent bag Master in Melbourne CBD who said it was clearly & obviously a fault in the manufacturing. The security guard with the glasses was incredibly sweet, very handsome, and always smiling as he welcomed customers . I loved how attentively he held the bags and escorted a lady to her car. It was such a kind and professional gesture, and he truly stood out during our visit to the Gucci Collins Street store on 10th December 2025.
staff was very nice
Visited Gucci Collins a few times and the service has been consistently cold. Staff often feel dismissive, unlike other stores where service is warm and professional. Beautiful products, but the attitude here is disappointing.
