Joni delivered an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Her attentiveness, warmth, and exceptional knowledge made the entire visit feel seamless and truly enjoyable. She anticipated my needs, answered every question with confidence, and created an experience that felt both personal and elevated. She is absolutely wonderful at what she does, and because of her, I would go out of my way to return to this location. This is the level of service that defines the Gucci brand.
Horrible customer service. They only cater to certain type of customers. Why do they have mostly one type of ethnicity working there. Manager has no customer relations experience. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at this location. The lady manager should not be working there. Just a simple exchange of a product made it a horrible experience. Gucci needs to hire a complete new team in the men’s section. Will be posting my experience on social media.
Phenomenal service by Troy. After no response from the boutique I visited last week, Troy was able to process and ship my order within minutes. It was seamless!!! Very pleased with the customer service today...as it should be. Thank you Troy!
