I have spent a lot of money with Gucci, so this experience was disappointing. I purchased a Gucci GG belt at the Yorkdale location. I wore it twice and the GG logo already scratched. That does not match what I expect from a luxury brand. I returned to the store to ask for a solution. I was told they could not fix it under warranty because this type of damage is not covered.
