Pathetic customer’s service- came with my wife to buy her a Gucci bag on her birthday. The sales person who said his name was “Ashish” was rude and dismissive. Please be prepared to face bad service by cavalier salesman at this Gucci outlet in Holt Renfrew inside Square one mall, Mississauga
On the first he seems fine but on the end of transactions after buying 2bags he seems very rude to me specifically I’m not gonna be back to this store .I will give 0 star of what his attitude in the end the way he shake hands to me is weird like he is disgusted to shake hands to me and my husband comment is that guy is rude to you . After reading the other people’s reviews now I understand.He have racist problem or there’s other term to call him.Very disrespectful too
Very bad customer service. They show so much racism. If you go to return something, they won’t take it back and will put the thing back on you with unreasonable issues. Beware of Indian guy in the store. Don’t buy/ return anything to him
Do not shop here at any situation. Avoid IRENA AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! My mother purchased a Christmas gift at the beginning of December, i went to return it beginning of January due to the holidays, & they would not accept it. They said that Christmas gifts have 14 days of return. If Irena explained that to my mom there is 14 day return for a Christmas Gift at the beginning of December she would have never purchased it to begin with that early. I was greeted by a very kind and friendly face. Was in for a return. Jeffrey and Mona were both very helpful, it took a little bit of time because of the internal process but was smooth. I'd go back again!
