I love how they pay attention to you and also stay in touch with you with emails. Love the customer service.
I went there on Saturday, and the gentleman who was working there was 10/10 with the assistant and was always kind. If you ever go to this store I would 100% recommend dealing with Jordan. Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for, he went the extra mile to help me!
I came into Gucci with an issue on a pair of sunglasses I’ve had for years and the logo had fallen off. Kristen was incredibly kind and helpful, even though the store didn’t carry sunglasses. She walked me through the process, kept me updated and made everything super smooth. I was really impressed by how the situation was handled and left feeling genuinely taken care of. Excellent customer service!
I would like to share my bad experience at the Gucci Store at Holt Square One. I received a cardigan, Style 529193 X9W83 4921 as a gift during Christmas season 2024. Unfortunately l, the sewing got loose around the collar area and I would like to check how to get it repaired. This is my go to Gucci store as it’s the closest one to me and I have had mixed experiences. I was having some really fun experiences shopping until I encountered Irena. Her tone and attitude towards my mother and I was very disrespectful. We constantly shop there but recently had an issue with one of the bags and came to ask for help and immediately she blamed us for the issue with the bag.
