The selection was lovely, most of the the employees were very helpful, however I must say Arpita seemed as she didn’t want to be there, whenever I asked her to find an item, she would make it seem like it is an inconvenience for her. I intended on purchasing a pair of shoes I saw on the website, however after her reluctantly giving the pair, I didn’t want to give her a commission.
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service from Gucci This review is not directed at the Chadstone store, but at Gucci’s head office and customer service team. I ordered a pair of shoes after being told they were available at a Gucci store in Sydney. I asked whether they could be sent via express post, but was told this was not possible.
