I recently visited the Gucci store on 18/07/2026 to purchase a pair of sunglasses, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The sales associate assisting me was rude from the beginning. She appeared unwilling to let me properly look at or try the sunglasses, which made me feel uncomfortable and, honestly, judged.
