Worst customer service, no one even bothered to open the door and there is only 2 customer inside. All they do talking to each other and playing with their phone.
Horrible customer service. Like 4 people in the store and the wait is endless.
Closed the doors on me at 7 when they close at 8.
Why is the wait time 1 hour if there are only 3 people in the store and 8 associates? They told me I am LUCKY to be in line and they won’t let me in if I ask them why the wait is so long. Meanwhile, they let in 4 people who had only waited 5 minutes without reason. This is how they treat everyone after waiting 1.5 hours in line? When I told them I will file a formal complaint, they told me to “knock myself out”, laughed, and locked the door in my face saying “patience, patience”. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I was thrilled to check out this store and get some Christmas shopping done. The doors are closed and it appears they are only letting VIP shoppers in. I will not come back ever again - it is a waste of time. Not worth it!
