For such a high end retail establishment, very poor customer service
Talk about being treated like royalty! Beautiful employees!
Extremely unprofessional staff and horrible customer service. Staff standing around talking when I walked in. Initial salesman was cold and unfriendly. Staff seemed to busy or better than their customers. I spoke with the manager who is clearly setting the tone for the culture of the establishment. I expect much better from a designer brand like Gucci. Spend your hard earned money at either another location or with another designer.
