My daughter just had the most dreadful service at Rodeo drive after she tried to return a belt at this store this afternoon!!! She received 2 Gucci belts but wanted to return 1 of them as Xmas gifts. The store assistant told her it was bent and she couldn’t return it? Never worn!!!! Really ? Gucci? I am in customer service and if this is your service ?Extremely upset customer!!!
