This was a Godsend at a most difficult time. I became guardian to my niece with special needs due to the untimely passing of my sister. In an unbelievably difficult time for any parent of a differentlyabled child, the Guardianship Assistance Program made an emotionally trying experience go smoothly through the courts for me and my husband getting guardianship of our autistic son.
