Extremely slow because of a lack of bank tellers
Today I called the bank asking about business checking accounts and the time was 1:30pm and I asked (1) do I need an appointment and (2) can I stop by at 4:30. The lady on the phone told me that (1) I do not need an appointment and (2) 4:30 would not be an issue. I arrived at 4:15 and there was no one in the bank 3 ladies talking in an office on the right side closest to the teller. I asked the teller if I can open an account.
