We closed an escrow with Guardian Title a while back and will be using them again soon. We had lots of questions and they took the time to explain things to us and responded in a timely manner to calls and emails. We dealt with Jason and Kim. Thank you both

Unfortunitly extremely error prone and below average communication on the one deal I did with them. They were chosen by the buyer who paid so Buyer's choice. They tried to make it right in the end, but extra effort and work for me. Would have been a loss for my client had I not caught the errors.
