Saw an add 1x on Tik Tock they gave me an estimate of the price I spoke to 4 different people and I told them the services are NOT for me I don't want to commit to paying them $200 a month that can go to the **** Long story short they keep Calling Me......... *** lying saying I applied 4x they are desperate for customers and that's a red flag.

I've been going to ***** since 2017 and always had a great experience. Last year like the others I had her do my taxes, but unlike all the other years it was the worst tax experience of my life. I sent her my taxes in mid February of 2022. After not hearing from her for months I started to call to try and see if there was paper work that she was waiting on. If I could award a 0 on the stars it would more correctly state my review. My income tax information was sent in early January. I did not hear from them so I called but could not get an answer. Called various times and was told ****** would return my call. Never happened !!! As submission date approached and no word I contacted the office and was told they would file for an extension.
