John Cornett originally helped us with a Blanket load to enable us to build our "forever" home while still living in our current one. That went amazingly smooth! The blanket loan ran it's course and we refinanced through Guardian. I shopped around a bit but the rate was competitive, the fees were very low and the process was very simple.
