The lender is impossible to get ahold of. They have help up closing for over a week with zero response as to why or when closing will occur. We have left voicemails for everyone possible, and no one seems to be able to answer the phone or call us back. I would never work with them again and encourage anyone else to find another lender for your mortgage needs (PRMG is just one of many who can do a better job for you).
