We worked with Ben Montoya at Guardians to refinance our home. He was very patient with us, provided great instructions in what he needed from us. He was very open, very communicative, very professional and extremely helpful with the whole process. If he didn’t have the answer, he knew immediately where to find it! I HIGHLY recommend Guardians and especially working with Ben!
Very disappointing. Guardian came highly recommended to me and I hate to say that I do not see why. It was like pulling teeth getting anyone to communicate with me. When I called to ask about connecting with a mortgage expert, the woman on the phone was rude and acted like she had no idea who to route my call to.
