I found the Bank personal to be friendly, my the Loan Officer to be knowledgeable, efficient and true to her word. The rates offered by the bank were the lowest I could find; but the most amazing feature was the closing costs. They advertise $250, plus recording and courier. There were no additional charges, no surprises. I highly recommend that you give then a try. There are branches all around Cincinnati and Kentucky, it's worth the trip if you have a small distance to travel.
