We love working with Jim King. This is our second home buying process with him. He will be our first call next time, too. We weren’t sure what we wanted to do at first and he spent time talking through our options and running numbers for us. Jim moved everything along as quickly as possible, including specific pre approval letters for offers in a matter of hours. His team kept in touch and made it easy to supply the needed documentation and signatures virtually.
Had a great experience with Matt. He worked his butt off for us all the way to the finish line for our refi, he always made himself available and was honestly just awesome to work with and we can’t say enough good things about him. Highly recommend! Definitely will be using him again forever.
